Dr. Coulter has over 30 years of experience providing counseling and psychological services to adults and teens. She has worked in community mental health, college counseling, employee assistance, veterans’ health, and residential settings.  Dr. Coulter utilizes an integrative, holistic, approach and offers clients a warm, supportive and non-judgmental setting in which to explore their concerns, while helping them identify effective means to reach their goals. She works with many presenting issues, such as:

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Depression, bipolar disorder, mood swings

  • Self-Esteem

  • Relationship and communication issues

  • Family issues

  • Abuse and sexual assault

Dr. Coulter has served as President of the Lehigh Valley Psychological Association, President of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Association of Counseling Center Faculty, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association. She has presented nationally on topics including nutrition and mood, supplements for mental health, college student mental health, academic counseling, and retention.
