Roberta Penn has been working in the Lehigh Valley as a Licensed Psychologist since 1993.  Prior to that time, she worked in college counseling and career counseling at the community college and university levels. In addition to in-person counseling, she offers tele-therapy or virtual sessions.

Roberta helps clients with issues such as:






  •  Anxiety and fears

  • Panic attacks

  • Sadness and feelings of depression

  • Job stress and employment changes

  • Difficulties with a significant other, spouse or partner

  • Difficulties with adult children and navigating issues with in-laws

  • Challenges of aging or aging parents

  • Serious illnesses such as cancer

  • Death of a loved one or friend

  • End of life issues and grieving

With several decades of experience Roberta brings perspective and wisdom to her counseling work.  She is driven to help people develop coping skills and resilience for navigating life’s difficulties. She cherishes friendships, community, family, and lifelong learning.  As a proud mother of two and grandmother of five, she has a wealth of parenting and grand-parenting experience to inform her counseling work.
