Monica considers it an honor to be invited into your journey of personal reflection and growth.  She believes that the  journey starts with a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that allows individuals to freely express themselves.  She draws on the humanistic approach of  helping clients find meaning by focusing on free-will, self-determination, and responsibility.  She also draws on other research-based theories including:  Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Positive Psychology, and Systems Theory, Monica has had the honor of providing support to children, families, individuals, and couples for the last 23 years.
