Please Note: Appointments missed or cancelled without 48 hours notice will incur a $75 fee. This fee will not be covered by insurance.
Exceptions are made for illness, emergencies or dangerous weather.

If we are in-network with your insurance, once you have met any deductible for behavioral health services, you will pay only your co-pay or co-insurance for sessions. Some insurance plans do not have a deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance, so there is no out-of-pocket cost for your sessions.
If we are not in-network with your insurance, you will be required to pay our fee prior to each session. We will provide you with a detailed receipt which you can then submit to your insurance company for any potential reimbursement. Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about your out-of-network coverage for behavioral health services prior to scheduling your first appointment.
