Seth has experience providing mental health support in private practice, outpatient facilities and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.  He works with individuals (age 14+), couples, and families and brings a focused expertise in trauma-informed care. His clinical style is rooted in person-centered and existential theories, emphasizing each client's unique experiences, values, and inner strengths as central to the healing process. 

 

Seth is trained in evidence-based trauma treatments, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral

Therapy (TF-CBT).  Seth works with clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including:
